Works carried out involved the demolition of a section of barn in excess of 80 sq.m. relating to planning consents WD/2024/1689/F and WD/2024/1690/LB in order to establish a start on site and to implement these consents so that they are now ‘in perpetuity’. 

Certificate of Lawful Development for Existing Use: To provide any information to assist Wealden District Council in respect of any evidence, local knowledge and/ or witnesses who may have personal knowledge of the history of the application site and its uses.
